Its much ahead of the other sources in this category like flax seed or krill. However, there are a couple of problems in eating it directly as opposed to taking a fish oil supplement. To get this amount of omega 3 by eating fish, you would need to eat copious amounts of it and make it a staple part of your diet. Dont get me wrong, I like fish too, but only occasionally.
