I was intrigued because I still have annoying, stubborn love handles and a little belly fat. After a quick read, I found 3 great clues as to why I am stuck, and what I should do to correct my program. I have total confidence these changes will work, and am fired up to get to it. Whether you are looking to start a program, or make positive changes to the one you are on, this book will help.
